Thai-inspired food and beverages will be served, there will be music and a very eclectic auction. Los Angeles’ most well known restaurants and chefs will be gathering to showcase their take on Thai-style food. All of the proceeds from this event will be used towards sponsorship for university education to help underserved and orphaned Hill Tribe kids in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Here is a list of some of the Chefs and restaurants involved this year are: Neal Fraser from Redbird/Vibiana, Eric Klein from Wolfgang Puck Catering, Mei Lin of Nightshade, Walter Manzke and Republique, Jitlada, Bruce Kalman and Union, The Hotel Bel Air, Nyesha Arrington and Native Restaurant, The Olive Pit, The Wallace, The Ensaymada Project, Gilberto Cetina from Chichen Itza and Holbox, Bar Ama, Warren & Rose Schwartz from Magpies Softserve, Savore Catering, Restaurant 917 at the Porches Experience, Tender Greens, Same Same Thai, Patina Catering, Friends & Family, Sinners & Saints, Barbara Jean, Chef Robert Danhi and Food Network celebrity chef Jet Tila and many more.

This year, our cocktail list will be top-shelf including featured Thai-inspired cocktail made by tipple-smith, Joshua Lucas, Bodega Wine Bar will be serving something crisp and perfect for a summer afternoon. Singha Beer, a delicious beer from Thailand will also be there serving. Youngs Market has secured 5 other amazing wineries including sparkling wine and some amazingly delicious cider. Of course, we are bringing back our our famous fresh coconut bar!

*VIP TICKETS!!!! Include food and beverage at the event as well as a complimentary tasting and sparkling wine at a celebrity chef, cooking demo with Top Chef winner, Brooke Willamson. Please arrive in front of Vibiana at 2:00 pm to grab a seat, the demo starts at 2:30 pm, sharp. There are a very limited amount of VIP tickets available so get them early!

We will also have a silent auction with lots of great items from Thailand like hand-made Hill Tribe silver jewlery, Hill Tribe bags, gift certificates from some of Los Angeles best restuarants, yoga sessions, hotel stays and much, much more.
